Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped celery stalk and leaves
1/4 k chicken, cut-up
2 tbsp butter
1 11g MAGGI Chicken Broth Cube dissolved in
4 cups water
2 cups shredded buko
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp salt
a dash of pepper
Cooking Procedure:
1. Saute onions, celery, and chicken in butter.
2. Stir in broth. Simmer for 10 minutes and add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Season to taste.
4. Bring to simmer for 5 mins.
5. Serve hot.
Tips:
Add more vegetables to this dish, if desired. Chopped carrots, corn kernels, red and green bell peppers, and squash would make great additions to the dish. Not only will these add color, they will also provide natural fiber.
