Ingredients:
1/4 cup oil
1 small onion, chopped
Cloves of 1/2 head of garlic, crushed
125 g diced pork
250 g chicken liver, sliced
250 g chicken breast or fillet, sliced
250 g white cabbage, cut into 2 1/2 inch squares
2 cups water
2 chicken stock cubes
2 tbsp soy sauce
Cooking Procedures:
1. Heat oil in a wok or casserole. Sauté onion until transparent, 1 to 2 minutes. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
2. Brown diced pork. Add chicken liver and chicken breast and sauté until almost cooked.
3. Stir in cabbage. Pour in water and add the stock cubes.
4. Let simmer over medium heat until cabbage is crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.
5. Season with soy sauce.
