Mga masasarap na putahe at lutong bahay na kayang gawin ng kahit sino

Hash Browns Pinoy Style

Ingredients:

4 cups grated kamote (sweet potato)
2 8g sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1 1/4 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 250ml brick NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
1/2 cup fried minced bacon
2 pieces eggs, beaten
2 cups Japanese bread crumbs
cooking oil for deep frying

Cooking Procedures:

1. Combine kamote, MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, cheese, all purpose cream, bacon, and eggs in a bowl.
2. Using the palm of your hand shape about 1/3 cup of kamote mixture into a rectangle about 3-4 inches long and 1/2 inch thick.
3. Dredge in bread crumbs.
4. Deep fry in hot oil until brown. Drain and serve.
